Where we ship
We ship worldwide.
Rates
- United States: free shipping on orders of $30+, $4.95 flat rate under $30.
- International: free shipping on orders of $45+, $6.95 flat rate under $45.
Processing & delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Typical delivery after processing:
- United States: 8–12 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
During peak season (November–December) deliveries can take a few extra days, so we recommend ordering holiday gifts early.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, VAT or customs fees may be charged by your country on delivery. These charges are set by your local customs office, are not included in our prices or shipping fees, and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you refuse a package because of these charges, we can't refund the original shipping cost.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days (US) or 30 business days (international) of shipping, contact us at pscdigital1@outlook.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
