We want you to love your Dangle Club charms. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at pscdigital1@outlook.com and we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Send us a photo of the item within 30 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund. You won't need to return the item.

Changed your mind?

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Just email us with your order number.
